Shipping Methods
Tulsa Chain ships orders using trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight carriers.
We select the most efficient and cost-effective carrier based on shipment size, weight, and destination.
Available shipping options include:
• Standard Ground
• 3 Day Select
• 2 nd Day Air
• Next Day Air (including NDA Early and NDA Saver)
UPS disclaimer: Until further notice, the guaranteed delivery time for UPS Next Day Air
Saver ® deliveries has been extended to end-of-day (11:59 p.m. on the guaranteed day of delivery).
Expedited shipping services are available for an additional fee, which prioritizes your order for
faster processing and delivery.
Identify Freight Address
Freight companies identify addresses as residential or business primarily using the USPS
Residential Delivery Indicator (RDI) database, which classifies addresses as commercial or
residential. They also use digital address verification software, zoning data checks, and driver
report for property types. Even if a business runs from a home, it is usually deemed residential.
Free Shipping Policy
Orders totaling $899.00 or more (based on online pricing) qualify for Free Standard Shipping
under the following conditions:
• All LTL freight shipments are required to be delivered to a recognized commercial
address within the contiguous United States with a loading dock and/or suitable
equipment to facilitate unloading.
• Small package shipments via UPS or FedEx will reflect actual shipping charges.
• Certain exclusions apply, including but not limited to over-length and extreme-length items.

Returns Policy
Tulsa Chain is committed to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet expectations,
please contact our sales department for assistance prior to initiating a return.
General Return Terms
• All returns require prior authorization.
• An RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number must be issued before merchandise is returned.
• Returns submitted without an RGA number will not be accepted.
• Merchandise must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Products must be unused, in saleable condition, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Custom-manufactured items are non-returnable.
• Products that have been modified in any manner are not eligible for return.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns unless otherwise authorized in writing by Tulsa Chain.
Customers are responsible for:
• All return shipping costs
• Adequate packaging to prevent damage in transit
• Any original outbound shipping charges (non-refundable)
Tulsa Chain is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipment.
Approved refunds or credits will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

Lost, Shortage, or Damage Claims
Claims for lost, missing, or damaged merchandise must be reported within seven (7) business
days of delivery. Claims reported after this period will be the responsibility of the customer.
